Peter is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor and Certified Financial Planner practitioner.

Peter’s financial services career has spanned 13 years. During this time, Peter has advised on over $2 billion of M&A and Corporate Finance transactions. He has provided strategic advice to owners of small and medium sized businesses. Lastly, he has provided financial planning and investment management advice to business owners and their families. Peter has advised a wide variety of businesses, from Fortune 500 companies while with Merrill Lynch & Co. to small and medium sized businesses while with Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.

Today, Peter leverages his experience in advising owners and majority shareholders of small and medium sized businesses who wish to grow, transition and protect their business equity.
