David Hilmer – Sales Director / Enterprise Accounts

Dave brings nearly 20 years of start up to early stage company sales leadership experience to DecisionView. He is responsible for driving the sales strategy, growth of the company, and establishing long term customer relationships. To date, the result has been the adoption of the StudyOptimizer solution by 8 of the Top 10 life science companies in the world.

Prior to this, Dave co-founded Little Tornadoes, a custom software development firm, where he grew a start-up to become a profitable multi-million dollar firm. Little Tornadoes later became part of a rolled up IPO under the Kintera banner in 2003. At Kintera, he served as the Director of Enterprise Sales with a focus on top of market accounts.

His initial work was in the non-profit space serving on staff at the Council on Foreign Relations, where he was the Advertising Director for Foreign Affairs magazine.

Dave has a B.A. in History from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
