I am a restaurant consultant in New York City, providing consultation services for new and existing restaurants, lounges and event venues. I have worked in the hospitality industry for over 10 years.

I am dedicated to helping family-owned businesses and small privately-held restaurants reach their potential through structuring sound operations, establishing an effective communication plan, staff training and managing cost while maximizing the opportunities for profit growth.

I specialize in the opening of privately-owned, new concept restaurants and overhauling struggling family restaurants. In addition to privately-owned restaurant projects, he has experience with corporate restaurants and was on the opening team of celebrity chef restaurants, Red Rooster Harlem with Marcus Samuelsson and Ed's Chowder House (Ed Brown.) Most recently, I was on the management team of Becco Restaurant by Lidia Bastianich (Lidia's Italy - PBS) and Joe Bastianich (MasterChef).

With a background in Public Relations, Advertising and various areas of Food Service(fine dining, private events, catering, etc.), I provide a wealth of knowledge to your team.
